1-Day Paint & Yoga Retreat

Join Azure Art Academy and Infinite Harmony and spend the day harmonising your body, mind and spirit through yoga and creativity.

This 1 day retreat, held in the beautiful Cross Barn in Odiham, will focus on asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath meditation) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) in the morning.

The afternoon's activity will be a guided painting class with Liam Kelleher of Azure Art Academy, who will show you how to create a stunning yoga inspired artwork to take home.

Arrive at 09.30 for refreshments and fruit. 10.00 - 12.30 Yoga practice 12.30 - 13.30 Lunch will be provided in the Cross Barn 13.30 - 16.00 Painting with break for afternoon tea 16.00 - 16.30 Wrap up and leave.
